USA GPC Genuine Parts Company in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Business Development Manager, Under Hood, to drive growth across the distribution network. You will communicate strategic initiatives, promote promotions, and deliver training to storeowners and installer customers.

You will partner with Regional Sales Manager and TMOD teams, manage category sales initiatives, lead sales blitzes, and build long-term relationships while meeting annual targets.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of selling and account management experience.
• Proven track record developing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel 50%+ within territory.
• Proficient with MS Office, email, CRM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience.

Mansioni

• Presents, communicates, and sells to storeowners and installer customers on NAPA category initiatives, promotions and training.
• Partners with Regional Sales Manager and ISO teams on store readiness and inventory assessments.
• Attains daily average sales presentations to commercial customers.
• Provides field insights to drive sales and Category initiatives.
• Meets territory sales quotas and trains store employees on Under Hood programs.
• Builds long-term relationships with store owners as trusted advisor.
• Leads category-specific sales blitzes in assigned territory.
• Performs periodic account reviews and reports progress to management.
• Attends and manages key promotions and trade shows.
• Shares market intelligence to grow product opportunities and sales.
