Job summary

Genuine Parts Company (GPC) is seeking a Business Development Manager for Fleet & Heavy-Duty in Raleigh, NC. You will develop and expand sales for Fleet, Government, and Heavy-Duty accounts, driving program adoption and training local sales teams.

You will engage with fleets and government clients, close deals, and coordinate with Fleet HQ to meet growth targets while maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Completes registration and sign ups of all new MSA customers for Fleet & Government.
• Presents and sells Fleet prospects on the NAPA Elite Fleet program value.
• Calls fleets and governments and presents the full product offering.
• Collaborates with Fleet HQ to drive program adoption and new accounts.
• Manages government bids or RFQ opportunities and timely submissions.
• Hosts meetings to train local sales teams on Fleet and Heavy-Duty programs.
