Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand Under Hood product sales across distributor networks. You will present category initiatives and promotions to storeowners and installers, train staff, and coordinate with regional and TMOD teams to optimize inventory and readiness.

The role requires field sales expertise, strong relationship building, and willingness to travel up to 50% to cover assigned territory and events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling and account management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.
• Proficient with standard office tools; CRM applications.

Responsibilities

• Present, communicate, and sell storeowners and installer customers on category initiatives and promotions.
• Partner with Regional Sales Manager and TMOD teams on inventory levels and store readiness.
• Achieve territory sales quotas and provide training to store employees on Under Hood programs.
