Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive top-of-funnel pipeline by accessing target accounts and supporting BDM productivity. You will perform daily outreach to prospective referral sources, build and maintain relationships, and coordinate sales activities across Georgia territory including Johns Creek, Duluth, Suwanee, Braselton and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of related experience in exercise science/physiology, sports/performance training, kinesiology
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of sales or healthcare experience
• Maintain valid state driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target accounts
• Execute outbound outreach (calls, emails, campaigns)
• Schedule qualified meetings for BDMs
• Maintain accurate account lists and segmentation
• Support territory and pod planning
• Ensure CRM data integrity
• Execute local and regional outreach campaigns
• Coordinate with marketing initiatives
• Support event-driven pipeline generation
