Job summary

Ati-Physical-Therapy is seeking a Business Development Associate to generate top-of-funnel pipeline and enable BDM productivity within Georgia, including Johns Creek, Duluth, Suwanee, Braselton and surrounding areas.

The role requires developing target accounts, executing outbound outreach, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating and supporting sales and networking activities to drive referral growth and pipeline generation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of equivalent experience in exercise science/physiology, sports/performance training, kinesiology.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 1-2 years of sales or healthcare experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize target accounts and execute outbound outreach.
• Schedule qualified meetings for BDMs and support pipeline growth.
• Maintain accurate account lists, segmentation, and CRM data integrity.
• Coordinate local outreach campaigns and align with marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with BDMs and Sr. BDMs to focus on high-value opportunities.
