Job summary
ATI Physical Therapy in Indianapolis and surrounding areas seeks a Business Development Manager to drive referral and revenue growth. You will work with sales and field operations to analyze markets, align territory strategy, and grow referrals across Indianapolis, Lafayette, Muncie, and nearby communities.

Qualifications
- Required: Associate’s degree or 2 years in exercise science/physiology or kinesiology.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 3+ years sales or healthcare experience (wellness, athletic training, PTA).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Drive referral growth across target accounts.
- Execute structured territory plans.
- Execute strategies across defined growth channels.
- Tailor approach by channel dynamics and track performance.
- Promote ATI service lines to referral sources.
- Align offerings with customer needs.
- Maintain active pipeline and follow up to convert opportunities.
- Collaborate with BDA and Sr. BDMs for pipeline generation.
