Job summary

Aspiranet seeks a compassionate Support Counselor II for the Full Service Partnership program in Stockton, CA. You will work with at-risk youth and families in home or community settings, implementing treatment plans to promote positive outcomes and resilience.

You will travel to client locations, document progress, and collaborate with social workers, clinicians, and program managers in a mission-driven, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education includes a BA/BS or 45 semester units with 30 in psychology/social sciences or two years in mental health.
• Must meet DOJ fingerprint, child abuse index clearance, TB/health screening and CA driver’s license requirements.
• Strong documentation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to at-risk youth in home or community settings and implement treatment plans.
• Document treatment progress and participate in team meetings and clinical consultations.
