Job summary

Aspiranet seeks a compassionate Support Counselor II for Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) in Antioch, CA. You’ll work one-on-one with at-risk youth in home or community settings, implementing treatment plans to help youth thrive and build skills for daily life. Travel to client homes is required; schedule is Monday–Friday with some evenings.

Minimum BA/BS in a related field or 2 years in behavioral health, valid CA driver’s license, and strong documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in a related field or 2 full time equivalent years experience in a behavioral health related field.
• Meets all state-required employment conditions, including DOJ fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health physical, and CA Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes or community settings to coach at-risk youth.
• Document and share treatment plans with team members and attend staff meetings.
