Job summary

BAYS, Inc. is seeking a Case Manager to gather information from youth and families, develop and monitor plans, and coordinate with agencies.

The role requires attention to detail, time management, and strong communication to engage families and work with stakeholders. Required qualifications include a degree or two years of relevant experience, plus two years in youth/family case management with knowledge of the Juvenile Justice System and a valid Florida driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate degree with two years of experience with youth.
• Two years’ youth and family case management experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Use and update internal databases with case details and requirements.
• Document all case notes within 72 hours in the Juvenile Justice Information System.
• Refer to community agencies and follow up within defined timeframes.
• Communicate with team and know local resources; attend required classes.
• Maintain discretion in closing cases and manage daily field schedule.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
