Job summary

You will manage a caseload, coordinate with families and community agencies, document thoroughly, and drive daily to client visits and school checks. A valid Florida driver’s license is required, and familiarity with Juvenile Justice resources is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with two years’ relevant youth work.
• Two years’ experience in youth and family case management.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Familiarity with Juvenile Justice System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize and update internal databases with case details.
• Document all case notes within 72 hours.
• Make referrals to community agencies and follow up.
• Maintain knowledge of community resources and attend classes.
• Drive daily for client visits, school checks and meetings.
• Close cases using discretion.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
