Job summary

Mars is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager for Florida West territory. The role requires live within the specified geography and field-based travel. You will drive Vet BU strategy, build clinic partnerships and deliver data-driven presentations to veterinary staff.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, veterinary clinic exposure, strong communication skills and a valid driver’s license. Expect 20–30% travel and occasional weekend conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, occasional weekends; approximately 20–30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customers and data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within the geography.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to address Veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet shared objectives and execute the sales strategy.
• Work in a cross-functional, fluid environment and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage budget, CRM and expense reporting.
