Job summary

Aero Constructors LLC is a Field-based Tower Foreman role based primarily in Colorado. You will lead crews responsible for installation, maintenance, and upgrades of tower systems, antennas, and RF lines, while managing safety and on-site operations.

Expect to coordinate materials, vehicles, and daily site tasks across multiple projects in Colorado and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, hands-on tower experience, and a focus on safety, quality, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and lead a crew in the field.
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions.
• Physically and mentally able to climb and work at heights over 150 feet.
• Willing to follow and enforce company and OSHA safety requirements.
• Must provide basic hand tools and appropriate outdoor work gear.

Responsibilities

• Lead tower crews on daily field operations.
• Climb and perform hands-on tower work as needed.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade tower systems and telecom equipment.
• Read and follow scopes of work, closeout requirements, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate materials, tools, vehicles, equipment, and daily jobsite needs.
• Communicate with project managers, customers, and crew members.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company/OSHA safety requirements.
• Track job progress, photos, closeout documentation, and daily reporting.
• Train and support less-experienced technicians.
• Represent the company professionally on customer sites.
