Job summary

Aero Constructors LLC is seeking a motivated Tower Technician to join our field-based team. You will participate in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and related equipment, often at heights.

This hands-on role requires a strong work ethic, willingness to travel (CO/NE/WY), and the ability to operate from home to job sites using company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills and strong organizational habits.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather.
• Physically and mentally able to climb and work at heights over 150'.
• OSHA safety compliance is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines and related equipment.
• Perform work at heights on field-based construction sites.
• Travel primarily within CO/NE/WY; operate company-provided vehicle.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
