Job summary

CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Detroit, MI to lead field-based retail execution across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels.

You will drive store-level execution, grow SKU distribution, and build distributor partnerships while visiting 12–15 stores daily. The role requires 1+ years in consumer goods sales, a high school diploma, a valid US driver’s license, and strong presentation/CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in consumer goods sales, preferably beverage or distributor sales
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to deliver presentations and engage groups
• Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems

Responsibilities

• Drive Celsius perfect-store execution, expand SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotions
• Execute brand strategy across retail locations within the territory
• Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and provide insights via CRM
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by Sales Manager
• Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance and set goals
• Meet daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs
