Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead regional retail sales for Celsius across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels. You will drive sales performance, cultivate distributor partnerships, and boost brand presence in a high-energy, field-based role with 12–15 store visits daily.

The role requires 1+ year in consumer goods sales, a high school diploma, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with MVR clearance. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in consumer goods sales, preferably beverages or distributor sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass an MVR screening.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver presentations and engage large peer groups.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive Celsius “perfect store” execution, expand SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promotions.
• Execute brand strategy across retail locations within assigned territory.
• Conduct account audits and deliver insights via CRM application.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls.
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Manager.
• Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance and set goals.
• Achieve and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.
