Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution across the assigned Georgia territory, including cities like Stockbridge. You will drive sales targets, build retailer relationships, and energize in-store execution with strategic merchandising.

You will manage a team of Merchandisers, partner with store personnel, and optimize shelf impact while ensuring safety and compliance. A strong sales background and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license from your state.
• HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong business processes knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally more.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts and executing plans.
• Lead a team of full-time/part-time Merchandisers from hiring to coaching.
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultations to customers and HQ programs.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build partnerships with store personnel for top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers to maximize shelf impact and volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to drive results.
• Operate safely within Mondelēz International guidelines.
