Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Possess a dependent vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel in the assigned territory daily and overnight as needed.
• Entry level Territory Sales Reps can expect a minimum annual compensation plan of 75k/year with uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Travel and make regular face-to-face sales calls to maintain customer relationships and sales growth.
• Lead sales activities with assigned customers and partner with vendors to learn products.
• Identify new business needs, leverage Benco offering, and drive profitable growth.
• Develop plans to achieve personal and regional goals for promotions and events.
• Participate in sales meetings, conventions, and ongoing training as required.
