Job summary

Hillyard in Billings, MT is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage an established customer base and grow the territory through face-to-face meetings and solutions selling.

You will visit customers, present cleaning solutions, quote proposals, and collaborate with service and support teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; success in outside B2B sales is key. Competitive salary and bonus program offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside B2B sales or territory sales.
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers face-to-face.
• Ability to identify opportunities and present solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Organized and self-motivated with field-based work.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established sales territory with an existing customer base.
• Visit customers, build relationships, and identify opportunities to grow their business.
• Prospect for new business while expanding existing customer partnerships.
• Deliver consultative, solution-based sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs.
• Demonstrate products and solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and recommendations for customers' business goals.
• Manage sales pipeline and customer activity using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with service, operations, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
