The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting hard surface flooring products, coordinating samples, and achieving sales targets within Montana. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior sales experience; travel and lifting 50 lbs are required; must reside in Montana and familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Ability to interface with a diverse group of customers in a friendly and respectful manner.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers focusing on hard surface flooring products, samples, displays, adhesive, and related products.
• Present products to retailers, designers, and end-users; analyze leads from corporate reports.
• Sell and construct display racks weighing 50lbs or more.
• Prospect for new accounts while monitoring territory activity.
• Prepare and communicate sales reports showing volume and opportunities.
• Enter customer interactions into Salesforce.com and track information.
• Promote Shaw residential products including Shaw Floors, A/T and Philly Commercial.
