Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based Surgical Account Manager in Omaha, NE. The role focuses on driving surgeon demand across the Surgical COT portfolio, building strategic plans, and strengthening relationships with clinicians and administrators to grow market share.

The candidate will work with MDT teams to develop business reviews, expand contracts, and promote adoption of Stapling, Energy, Suture, Electrosurgery, Situate, and A&I products while traveling within the territory.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices.
• Ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently and reside near Omaha, NE within 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact across MDT account teams, including District Managers, SADs, SOS, and specialized portfolios.
• Lead the creation and execution of account-level contractual strategies.
• Optimize contracts and drive category expansion across One Surgical.
• Own and execute quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key economic and clinical stakeholders.
• Support portfolio growth strategies by engaging with KOLs.
• Drive adoption and utilization of Surgical Center of Technology (COT) products.
