Job summary

The Budd Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Trainer to build, coach, and scale top sales talent across Charlotte, NC; Winston-Salem, NC; and Greenville, SC. This role focuses on institutionalizing four-layer selling methodologies (BANT, IMPACT Selling, MEDDPICC, and Tom Sant Value Selling) to transform reps into quota-crushing professionals.

You will lead classroom and field coaching, partner with regional managers, and own LMS assets to deliver high-impact training and measurable

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• 2+ years in an enterprise sales training or enablement capacity.
• Strong competency in value-based proposal writing (Tom Sant).
• Prior expertise or certification in MEDDPICC and IMPACT Selling is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver field and classroom coaching on Integrated Sales Excellence framework and pipeline stages.
• Lead post-call debriefs with structured scorecards to certify proficiency for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with regional sales managers to diagnose field skill gaps and deploy targeted interventions.
• Own LMS and training assets, building sector-specific case studies and guides.
