Job summary

Integrity Fire Safety Services is seeking a Service Sales Account Executive to drive growth across Central and Northern Colorado. The role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting services, and onboarding new clients with our operations team.

You will collaborate with Property Managers and Building Engineers to secure testing, inspection and preventive maintenance services for commercial and multi‑family properties.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage a sales pipeline.
• Comfort with cold calling and communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated to being a key contributor to company growth.
• Make calls, follow up emails, and schedule appointments to build new relationships.
• Engage with Property Managers, Building Engineers, Facility and Maintenance Supervisors to service portfolios.
• Follow up with prospects to convert discussions into ongoing customers.
• Manage all steps of the sales process from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Navigate and use web-based quoting and CRM systems for accuracy and efficiency.
• Grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
