Job summary

CSC ServiceWorks is seeking an In Home Specialist Field Sales to travel within an assigned territory, build strong customer relationships, and expand current accounts. You will work remotely, coordinating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.

The role emphasizes meeting customers, managing a book of business, and leveraging CRM tools to track activities and opportunities. Successful candidates will have 2+ years in outside sales and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Experience managing an assigned territory and visiting customers.
• Proven success growing existing accounts and developing new business.
• Strong CRM experience (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and prospects within assigned territory.
• Manage current clients and grow revenue within the book of business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and drive satisfaction.
• Schedule regular in-person and virtual meetings with customers for growth.
• Maintain CRM data and accurate contact information.
