RestorePro is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager for the Greater Charlotte Metro, field-based outside sales. You will build relationships with multifamily and commercial property management, ownership groups, and trade professionals in the market.

You will prospect, open doors, and manage a pipeline in CRM, spending time meeting in the market rather than at a single property. This role focuses on growth through strong relationship networks and proactive outreach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management or community management experience in multifamily housing.
• Comfort meeting face-to-face with property-level and regional decision-makers.
• Strong organization and CRM discipline.
• The independence to manage a field territory without close supervision.

Responsabilités

• Meet property managers, regional managers, and facility directors face-to-face.
• Prospect new multifamily and commercial accounts and introduce RestorePro in person.
• Build relationships with ownership and management groups.
• Partner with plumbers, HVAC contractors, and other trade professionals who encounter property losses.
• Lead emergency response planning meetings before a loss occurs.
• Attend apartment associations, commercial real estate, and networking events.
• Follow up consistently and manage opportunities in CRM.
• Work with operations when a relationship becomes an active project.
