Job summary

Southern Outdoor Restoration in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business and grow existing client relationships on site at client properties.

You will own the customer relationship from first contact through project completion, then hand off to a Project Manager who handles scheduling while you continue to nurture the account and pursue additional work.

Qualifications

• Proven sales or business development success in B2B environments.
• Knowledge of Charlotte market and local customers preferred.
• Existing relationships with property managers, HOAs, or local business community a plus.

Responsibilities

• Find and win new customers through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Grow existing customers by identifying more services and revenue opportunities.
• Own the annual maintenance plan renewal process.
• Visit properties, define scopes, and build quotes/proposals.
• Build relationships with property managers and decision-makers; conduct regular business reviews.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales forecast; manage pipeline.
• Hand sold jobs to Project Manager and stay available for follow-up.
• Track gross margin, develop annual sales plan, and provide weekly summaries.
• Participate in trade associations when fitting.
