Job summary

RestorePro is seeking a Commercial Relationship Manager for the Greater Charlotte Metro, focused on multifamily restoration services. This field-based sales role builds relationships with property managers, ownership groups, and vendors to open doors and grow revenue.

You'll meet decision-makers face-to-face, manage a robust CRM pipeline, and collaborate with operations to deliver solutions after losses. Base salary plus uncapped commissions enables six-figure earnings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property management or community management experience in multifamily housing.
• Comfort meeting face-to-face with property-level and regional decision-makers.
• Strong organization and CRM discipline.
• The independence to manage a field territory without close supervision.
• 2+ years of B2B outside sales or business development experience.
• A track record of opening new accounts and earning trust with decision-makers.
• Experience selling to or serving apartment communities — in areas such as pest control, parking lot services, landscaping and grounds maintenance, janitorial, fire safety and fire extinguishers, B2B plumbing or roofing, flooring, painting, or turn/make-ready services, amenity or appliance supply, multifamily software or PropTech, waste management, security and access control, or renters insurance.
• Restoration experience is not required. We can teach restoration.

Responsibilities

• Meeting property managers, regional managers, and facility directors face-to-face.
• Prospecting new multifamily and commercial accounts and introducing RestorePro in person.
• Building relationships with ownership and management groups.
• Partnering with plumbers, HVAC contractors, and other trade professionals who encounter property losses.
• Leading emergency response planning meetings before a loss occurs.
• Attending apartment association, commercial real estate, and networking events.
• Following up consistently and managing opportunities in CRM.
• Working with operations when a relationship becomes an active project.
