Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking a driven Trade Sales Representative to grow our B2B presence in the residential construction and remodeling market. You will partner with builders, contractors, and architects to deliver high-quality window and door solutions.

This role is field-based with a flexible schedule to support client needs. Base salary starts around $70,000 with commission and bonus opportunities, plus a ramp program to build your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent organization and multi-project management.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors.
• Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts.
• Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions.
• Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes.
• Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins.
• Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion.
