BCI Orion Portfolio Solutions, LLC DBA Brinker Capital Investments seeks a field-based Business Development Consultant to grow Wealth Solutions with independent and hybrid RIAs across a defined West Territory. You will own relationships, drive inflows, manage NPAs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to turn Orion's platform into lasting asset growth.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services sales, a proven quota track record, and strong knowledge of wealth-management solutions.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in financial services sales or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
• Strong understanding of investment and wealth management solutions.
• Proven consultative selling, relationship management, and closing skills.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and advisors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Grow Orion Wealth Solutions with independent and hybrid RIAs.
• Build and execute a Territory business plan and drive asset inflows.
• Lead transitions of NPAs within assigned RIAs.
• Coordinate with teams across Relationship Management, Investments, Trading, Operations, Service and Marketing.
• Maintain disciplined territory plans, pipeline management, forecasting and CRM activity.
