Job summary
Orion is seeking a Business Development Consultant for RIA-Wealth Solutions in the United States West Territory. This field-based role focuses on growing Orion Wealth Solutions with independent and hybrid RIA firms, owning the territory's books and driving inflows, retention and multi-solution adoption.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in financial services sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Experience selling to independent and hybrid RIAs strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding a sales quota or production goal.
Responsibilities
- Cross-sell Wealth Solutions to Orion technology clients and expand asset flows.
- Grow and retain existing relationships through asset growth and broader solution adoption.
- Identify, sign and transition New Producing Advisors (NPAs) within RIA firms served.
- Lead the transition of assigned RIA firms and build territory business plans.
- Coordinate across Relationship Management, Investments, Trading, Operations, Service and Marketing.
