Job summary

Orion is seeking a field-based Business Development Consultant for RIA-Wealth Solutions in the United States. This role focuses on growing Orion Wealth Solutions with independent and hybrid RIA firms across the Territory, managing the book of existing relationships, driving inflows and retention, and cross-selling Wealth Solutions to firms already using Orion technology.

The role covers the Mid-Atlantic Territory with travel 50-60% and collaboration with internal sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; finance or business field preferred.
• 5+ years in financial services sales or related roles; RIAs experience beneficial.
• Series 65 license required within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Wealth Solutions across independent and hybrid RIAs.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales quota through new business and asset inflows.
• Build relationships with RIAs, executives, and advisors through regular in-person meetings.
• Lead transitions of NPAs and onboard new firms to Wealth Solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure asset growth and client satisfaction.
