Orion Advisor Technology, LLC is seeking a field-based Business Development Consultant for the West Territory. The role focuses on growing Orion Wealth Solutions with independent and hybrid RIAs, driving inflows, retention, and broader solution adoption.

Based in the western territory, the consultant travels 50-60% to meet RIA owners, executives and advisors, coordinating with internal teams to transition firms and expand asset growth across Wealth Solutions.

Competenze

• 5+ years in financial services sales, business development, or relationship management.
• Experience selling to independent and hybrid RIAs strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding an individual sales quota or production goal.
• Strong understanding of investment and wealth manage

Mansioni

• Partner with the Internal Sales Consultant and team to prioritize opportunities and coordinate client engagement.
• Drive adoption of Wealth Solutions and related services across RIA firms.
• Grow and retain relationships through asset inflows and broader solution adoption.
• Identify and transition New Producing Advisors (NPAs) within served RIAs.
• Lead transitions of assigned RIAs from current coverage with Territory teams.
• Build relationships with RIA owners, executives, and advisors through in-person meetings.
• Lead opportunities from discovery to close and transition to implementation.
• Coordinate across Relationship Management, Investments, Trading, Operations, Service, and Marketing.
• Maintain disciplined territory plans, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM activity.
