Qualifications

• 5-10 years of combined experience in reimbursement, market access, patient services, or a related field with at least 2 years in field reimbursement.
• Hands-on experience navigating Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial payer coverage.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to build trust with office staff.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 75%, with valid license.
• Demonstrated compliance mindset in a regulated, non-promotional field role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field reimbursement resource for practice administrators and clinical teams.
• Educate office staff on payer coverage, coding, prior authorization, and clean-claim submission.
• Guide practices through prior-authorization and appeals processes with payer-specific guidance.
• Connect practices to patient-support resources when needed.
