Job summary

Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement to lead payer access for our retina portfolio in the U.S. The role focuses on education, policy navigation, and building payer playbooks to support a US launch.

You’ll own a defined Territory (FL) with 50–70% travel, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive reimbursement strategies across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans while ensuring compliant communications and field readiness.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in reimbursement, market access, patient services, or related field.
• 2+ years of dedicated field reimbursement experience.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial payer coverage.
• Experience using claims data to identify denial trends and barriers.
• Strong communication and CRM/Microsoft Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary field reimbursement resource for practice admins and clinical teams.
• Educate on payer coverage policy, coding, prior-authorization, and claims submission.
• Guide practices through prior-authorization and appeals; connect to patient resources.
• Own territory accounts; conduct quarterly business reviews and analyze denial trends.
• Collaborate with Sales for consistent messaging and cross-functional alignment.
