Job summary

PepsiCo’s poppi division seeks a Market Sales Manager to lead retail sales execution across the territory, visiting stores daily to strengthen relationships and bring the poppi brand to life in market.

You will coach field teams, drive in-store growth, and coordinate with the PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies, using data to identify opportunities and achieve market development goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry related experience in CPG, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies, including high level in-store execution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and experience using sales-tracking software.
• Valid state driver’s license for the posted state or territory, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi within your assigned territory; maximize upsell opportunities for displays and equipment.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure smooth communication around retailer activations and focus areas.
• Establish and maintain relationships with retailers to support brand growth in your territory.
