Job summary

DC Restaurant Group is seeking a Field Talent Acquisition Specialist in Arlington, VA to grow our restaurant teams from management roles to hourly positions. This in-office role works with Regional, District and General Managers to design effective recruiting strategies and pipelines across multiple locations.

You will actively source candidates, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage offers while maintaining strong relationships with leadership and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume hiring.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple openings across locations.
• Experience sourcing on Indeed, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and recruit accordingly.
• Lead recruiting for restaurant management roles (GM, AGM, Shift Leaders).
• Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Coordinate screenings and interviews.
• Support hourly hiring and build pipelines across locations.
• Maintain candidate information in ATS and manage offers/background checks.

Location: Arlington, VA – In-Office

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing restaurant organization! Our company operates four well-known restaurant brands, including Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, Burger King, Round Table Pizza, and Buffalo Wild Wings, with locations across the East and West Coasts.

In this role, you will play an important part in helping our restaurant teams grow by identifying and connecting with talented individuals who are passionate about the restaurant industry. You will work closely with Regional Managers, District Managers, and General Managers to support their hiring needs, with a primary focus on recruiting restaurant management positions while also assisting with hourly staffing needs across our locations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Regional, District, and General Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Lead recruiting efforts for restaurant management positions, including General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders.
• Actively source and connect with candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Support restaurant managers with hourly hiring needs and help build strong candidate pipelines across locations.
• Work closely with field leadership to identify staffing challenges and provide recruiting support where needed.
• Manage job postings, track applicants, and maintain accurate candidate information within our applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and pre-employment requirements to ensure a smooth hiring process.

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another high-volume hiring environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities across different locations.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with restaurant managers and leadership teams.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to find the right candidates.
