Job summary

America's Swimming Pool Company (ASP) is hiring an Operations Coordinator to organize scheduling and support customer service efforts in the Atlanta area. You will coordinate daily schedules for pool service and repair techs, manage work orders, and communicate clearly with customers to keep everyone informed.

We're seeking someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using multiple software systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or service coordination.
• Pool industry experience not required.
• Own ownership mindset and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules for pool service and repair technicians.
• Organize work orders, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
• Communicate with customers regarding service needs, scheduling, and updates.
• Work with technicians to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Help move jobs from customer request to completed service.
• Collaborate with admin team to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate information in scheduling and customer management systems.
