Job summary

America’s Swimming Pool Company (ASP) in Atlanta, GA seeks an organized Operations Coordinator to manage scheduling for our pool service and repair technicians, coordinate work orders, and keep customers informed.

You will work with technicians and administrative staff to ensure smooth service delivery, handle scheduling changes, and help build better systems as we grow. Flexible remote options available; experience in scheduling or field service is a plus.

• Work closely with technicians to understand job requirements and priorities.
• Help keep jobs moving from customer request to completed service.
• Collaborate with the administrative team to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate information in our scheduling and customer management systems.
