Job summary

Western Exterminator, part of the Rentokil family, is seeking a Residential Sales Specialist to sell pest management services to new and existing homeowners. You will assess needs, explain solutions, and guide customers through the sales process to close deals.

Role requires inspecting properties for pests, collaborating with service teams, and developing proposals. Travel within assigned territory is required. Benefits start day one for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prefer Associate's or Technical degree.
• Pest Industry certifications a plus.
• Must have 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience.
• 1-2 years in pest control sales and 2+ years in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers' needs via needs analysis and expert product knowledge.
• Visually inspect homes/businesses for pests and entries.
• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with customer service, Inside Sales, and technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Follow up on proposals to close opportunities.
• Provide expertise for new service installations and ensure quality.
