Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate's or Technical degree preferred.
• Pest Industry certifications are a plus.
• 1+ years of sales or pest technician experience required.
• 2+ years in customer service preferred.
• Strong verbal communication for customer-facing conversations.

Responsibilities

• Sell residential pest management services to new and existing customers.
• Assess customer needs using product knowledge to propose solutions.
• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess entry points.
• Collaborate with the service center, Inside Sales, and technicians.
• Develop and present proposals with clear quotes to resolve issues.
• Complete home diagrams using Sales CRM and follow up on proposals.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.
