Job summary

Western Exterminator Company is hiring a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, inspections, treatments, and prevention guidance. You will identify pests, apply products, and educate customers while adhering to safety regulations. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions on product labels and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) per safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and future risk reduction.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist sales.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Safely operate a company vehicle for service routes.
