Job summary

FirstKey Homes is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to act as a vital link between departments, manage vacant inventory, and foster positive connections with residents in a field-based role that requires regular driving.

You will lead move-in orientations, perform light cleaning and maintenance, audit inventory, conduct occupancy checks, and ensure compliance with housing laws. A company vehicle will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of water valves, circuit breakers and other home basics.
• Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal laws governing Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, etc.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate move-in orientations for new residents and showcase home features.
• Carry out light cleaning inside and outside the property.
• Perform routine light maintenance (bulbs, air filters).
• Conduct audits of products and inventory.
• Execute routine inspections including bi-weekly assessments of vacant inventory and occupancy checks.
• Make utility payments and deliver documents to municipalities.
