Job summary

FirstKey Homes, LLC is seeking a Service Manager to lead the local service office and field operations. You will ensure that resident service requests are completed safely and efficiently while upholding high customer service standards. The role includes 10% field time for inspections and performance reviews.

You will oversee technicians, coordinators, and vendors, manage budgets, track performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement to align with company objectives and budget targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ years in service, maintenance, construction, or property management leadership.
• Experience managing teams including technicians, coordinators and vendors.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.
• Experience with work scopes, cost estimates, and vendor contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities across a geographic area.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local service office and field operations teams.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality completion of service requests and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, fleet expenses, materials, and vendor services.
• Manage and evaluate vendor relationships and performance.
