Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator to visit dental offices in the assigned territory, build relationships, and support outreach efforts. This entry-level role involves field-based travel and coordinating with marketing activities to enhance referral partnerships.

The position offers training and ongoing support, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in relationship marketing, sales, and community outreach. Travel is a core aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Organized and able to manage a schedule independently.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role (travel required).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices in your assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships.
• Support and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check-ins and visits.
• Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events.
• Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems.
• Provide feedback on opportunities and general trends seen in the field.
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement.
• Support doctors and team members during community visits and events.
• Share relevant updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person).
• Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager.
