Orthodontic Experts Ltd. is seeking a Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator to visit dental offices in the assigned territory and build strong referral relationships. This entry-level, field-based role supports marketing outreach with training provided and opportunities for growth.

You will travel ~90–95% to Menomonee Falls, Mount Pleasant, Hales Corners, Algonquin, and Waukegan, coordinating events and tracking referrals. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred.
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to manage a schedule independently.
• Field-based role with travel.

Responsibilities

• Visit dental offices in your assigned territory to introduce Orthodontic Experts and build relationships.
• Support and maintain relationships with existing referral partners through regular check-ins and visits.
• Assist with coordinating and attending Lunch & Learns and other outreach events.
• Help track and update referral activity and office interactions in our systems.
• Provide feedback on field observations, opportunities and trends.
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as holiday drops, email follow-ups, and office engagement.
• Support doctors and team members during community visits and events.
• Share updates and materials with dental offices (digital and in-person).
• Maintain organized notes, schedules, and communication with your direct manager.

The Junior Referral Marketing Coordinator is an entry-level, field-based role focused on building relationships with dental offices in your assigned territory. You will play a key role in supporting our marketing and outreach efforts by connecting with current and potential referral partners.

This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in relationship marketing, sales, and community outreach. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or community outreach preferred
• Dental or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized and able to manage a schedule independently
• Comfortable working in a field-based role (travel required)
• Valid driver’s license

Working Hours & Location:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
• Occasional Saturdays and some holidays
• Field-based role (approximately 90–95% travel)
• Travel required to Menomonee Falls, Mount Pleasant, Hales Corners, Algonquin and Waukegan.
