Job summary

EyeCare Partners seeks a Practice Liaison based in Wichita, KS with travel to surrounding areas. The role focuses on implementing a coordinated referral partner marketing plan to originate, drive, and grow referrals to EyeCare Partners doctors and services.

The incumbent will conduct field visits (80-90%), leverage a CRM to nurture sources, and collaborate with physicians and leaders to expand satellite locations and co-management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visits with current and potential physician referral sources (80-90% in field).
• Use a CRM to manage referral sources across markets.
• Be the primary contact for referral source concerns and resolutions.
• Collaborate to improve operational processes and drive improvements.
• Gather and interpret data to identify priority areas for growing referrals.
• Plan and host educational seminars, grand rounds, dinners, and meet-and-greets for physicians and teams.
