Honor in Chicago seeks a Business Development Advisor to own referral demand generation for the territory, building durable partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, senior living communities, and other community partners.

This field-based IC role requires ~75% travel across the Greater Chicagoland Area, with base salary plus uncapped commissions and an expected OTE of $110,000 to $120,000.

Competenze

• Outside field-based sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling a service in an IC role.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or a senior-related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use data to evaluate performance and adapt outreach strategy.
• Comfort in community-based field work and partnerships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

• Own and grow a portfolio of referral relationships across hospitals, SNFs, rehab centers, and senior living communities.
• Execute all stages of consultative sales: prospecting, follow-ups, and tailored solutions.
• Mobilize referral partners by aligning Honor services to patient needs and goals.
• Create urgency, sustain momentum, and manage referral opportunities across complex healthcare environments.
• Maintain CRM hygiene, track activity and outcomes, and diagnose performance gaps.
