Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of healthcare marketing or business development experience preferred.
• Strong networking and community engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, senior housing, assisted living, SNFs, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and community orgs.
• Conduct routine in-person visits to referral sources within the Chicago territory.
• Identify, develop, and secure new referral opportunities to increase service volume.
• Maintain outreach schedule and document activities in CRM.
• Represent Silver Lining at networking events, health fairs, senior expos, and community meetings.
• Deliver marketing materials, educational resources, and promotional items to referral partners.
• Coordinate introductory presentations for prospective referral sources and partners.
• Maintain ongoing communication with referral partners to strengthen relationships and improve referrals.
