Job summary

Genesis Ortho in Chicagoland is seeking a community-focused Field Liaison to expand patient referrals by visiting primary care offices, PT clinics, athletic trainers, and other partners, bringing Genesis' warmth and mission into every room.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, daily driving across Chicagoland, and strong relationship-building skills. Base salary is $45,000–$70,000 with performance bonuses and full benefits; Chicago-based, ready to grow local partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Relationship-driven role experience in sales, business development, or community outreach.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; daily driving across Chicagoland.

Responsibilities

• Represent Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in the community with regular in-person visits to primary care offices, urgent care centers, and referral sources.
• Effectively communicate Genesis’ services and deliver marketing materials to providers and staff.
• Identify and nurture strong referral relationships within the assigned territory.
• Maintain detailed tracking of referral activity and outreach visits using CRM tools or reporting systems.
• Provide education to clinical and administrative teams on scheduling, services, and patient care quality.
• Serve as a liaison between referring offices and Genesis, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align messaging and optimize referral processes.
