Clarity Clinic is a multidisciplinary private practice in the Chicago area seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to grow patient referrals across PHP, IOP, TMS, outpatient psychiatry, therapy, and immigration evaluations. The role is field-based, with in-person visits to physicians, hospital teams, and other referral sources, and reports to the Vice President of Marketing & Growth.

You will manage a Chicago-area territory, achieve growth targets, handle CRM documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales or referral development.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, marketing, or related field.
• Ability to learn clinical service lines and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new referral relationships with physicians, APPs, therapy practices, and providers.
• Grow referrals for PHP, IOP, and immigration evaluations through outreach to hospitals and attorneys.
• Log activity in HubSpot daily and report on referral activity and patient starts.
• Plan territory visits and manage outreach cadence to meet growth targets.
• Coordinate events and collaborate with Marketing for collateral needs.
