Job summary

Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory in Thousand Oaks, CA. You’ll spend most weeks in the field, meeting with primary care doctors and staff to build trust and increase insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

You will report to a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager and help scale Nourish through relationship-building, new business development, and long-term account growth in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or other high-performance environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to spend most weeks in the field
• Comfortable handling rejection and staying motivated
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market
• Spend majority of time in the field meeting healthcare providers
• Build relationships with physicians, assistants, and office staff
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce
